[Windump] problem occurred while using -l option

sir,
      you want to see the data while capturing in window. i used *windump
-l  |  tee dat* commend but when we use *windump -r dat*, it report error
"bad dump file format".
i am using powershell in window 7.
also *"windump  -l   > dat  &  tail  -f  dat" *is not working.

and both commend does not work on cmd.

is there any option for seeing the data while capturing in window 7??
