[Winpcap-bugs] WinPcap 3.1 and NVidia NForce ethernet

Hi, until tonight, I was happily using an older version of Ethereal 
with WinPcap 3.0beta. IIRC, the NIC was listed in Ethereal as an NDIS device.

I decided to upgrade to the current version of Ethereal, 0.10.13, 
which came with WinPcap 3.1.

Now, I don't see anything other than a dial-up adapter, which has no 
packets other than some occasional IPX traffic. (I don't actually 
have a dial-up adapter configured, btw.)

I'm running Windows 2000, SP4, on an MSI 7125 Neo4 Platinum 
motherboard (AMD 64, NForce 4).

Attached are the files output by windump -D
