[Winpcap-bugs] rpcapd and Ethereal

Hello!

I found out that remote packet capturing under Windows 2000 or Windows XP 
does not work (e.g. winpcap 3.1 and 3.1 beta). I also found some links 
that this is already know and that it is a bug in winpcap. There was 
already some discussion on this on the ethereal mailing list that this is 
not a bug in ethereal but in winpcap.
