[Winpcap-bugs] Installation of winpcap on Windows 2000 Advanced Server does not work

Hello

I´ve a Problem by installing V3.1 Beta4 on an Windows 2000 Advanced 
Server PC. Installation is unzipping files, starting the installer and 
asking the installation-questions and then starts installing and never 
come to an end. I´ve to stopp it with the taskmgr. Looking in Add/Remove 
Programms List there is no entry for winpcap. Now i tried to install 
V3.1. Immediately the message appears that winpcap is still installed! 
--- but still no entry in the Programm List.
