[Winpcap-bugs] BSOD while sending the RAW packet

All,

I am getting the BSOD while sending the RAW packet. 

I am creating the Grat ARP packet and sending it using the winpcap library. Most of the time it works fine, but when i send grat ARP on behalf of 10.17.3.72 Ip address, the system blue screens. 

I am able to send the grat arp fro 10.17.3.73, 74, 75.. and other IP addresses. But i do not know what is the significance of 10.17.3.72. 

I checked my packet and it was correct. No issue with the packets. 

System configuration. 

I have 4 ethernet controllers. IP address on them are

10.17.3.72/24
10.17.3.11/24
169.254.254.200/24
169.254.255.200/24


i initially thought 10.17.3.72 is assigned to the interface thats why its crashing. But then i changed the IP address to 10.17.3.74. Still the same behavior. i can send the grat arp for 10.17.3.74 but BSOD for 10.17.3.72?

what is the significance of 10.17.3.72?
