the OS platform XP prof SP2
the network adapter(s) installed on the machine (type and model) Realtek

The list of all the special networking software, such as firewalls and 
VPN clients, that are installed on the machine.  MS wan PPPOE Client and 
U.S. Robotics 56K Fax PCI (MS driver)
