[Winpcap-bugs] Question about Wipcap

I hope this question wasn't asked before. I don't want to waste your
time. I paid attention that release 3.01 has a lot of files *.C and *.H
(it's an example because I was looking first at a site with 3.01). The
release 4.0.2 only *.H files. What are the differences? Are the missing
files are hidden some where else? Or the code is completely different.
(I meant through the "files list" button)
