Do you mean 4.0.1 and 4.0.2?

3.0.1 is years away, so it's pointless to compare it with 4.0.2.

  I hope this question wasn't asked before. I don't want to waste your time. I paid attention that release 3.01 has a lot of files *.C and *.H (it's an example because I was looking first at a site with 3.01). The release 4.0.2 only *.H files. What are the differences? Are the missing files are hidden some where else? Or the code is completely different. (I meant through the "files list" button)
