[Winpcap-bugs] I can not get my pc card

 I use the winpcap 3.0.
Today Ｉget a notebook network card whose model is 

Intel PRO/100 Mobile LAN Adapter (16-bit) MBLA160.
But I can not get the card in the list of netdevice as usual .
How can I get all the packets through the promiscuous status 。
I think it is a bug of winpcap 3.0. I also think this network card  is too old.But I want it to work as other notebook pcmica card.
