Arun,

unfortunately we do not provide any support for older versions of WinPcap 
(and WinPcap 2.3 is REALLY old).

The problem you are encountering was probably fixed in one of the several 
WinPcap releases, and it's impossible to track the changes back and apply 
them to WinPcap 2.3.

If you are the developer of such application, I strongly suggest you to 
migrate the latest versions of WinPcap.
