[Winpcap-bugs] Is it a bug?

How are you.
I'm writting to you just want to know whether it is a bug.
I developped a program with the winpcap today,which's also the first program
using winpcap for me.It can get all of the adapters in your machine.But the
problem is that it just showed me Generic NdisWan Adapter,while my network
adapter is Realtek rtl8139.
I have no idea what cause this problem and how to solve it.Then I
reinstalled the winpcap and the problem went away...The program runs well..
too strange,can you tell me why?
