[Winpcap-bugs] WinCap Uninstall

Grace,

the WinPcap installer does not have any feature to trigger a reinstallation after a reboot. Did you install WinPcap as part of another WinPcap-based application? It looks like some WinPcap-based application calls the WinPcap installer after ever reboot.

  We were running WinCap for a period of time to track some problems.  Now, I have uninstalled it, however, every time the computer is restarted it wants to reinstall the program.  How do I get rid of this?
