[Winpcap-bugs] nmap 4.21 Alpha 4

I haven't looked at the crash dump yet. In any case, the problem is not if 
the firewall is set to "allow all" vs. "block some traffic". The problem is 
having the firewall (i.e. probably an Intermediate driver or an  NDIS hook) 
in the network stack.

I'll let you know as soon as I analyze the crash, i.e. within some days.
