Are you devices listed correctly when you run "windump -D"?

Can you please try capturing with windump? The syntax is "windump -i<interface number>". You take the interface number from the list returned by "windump -D".

Have a nice day

  Hi,

I have some problems with winpcap.

  1. If I run nmap I always get "dnet: Failed do open device eth4"
  2. Wireshark does not display the IP-adress of the ethernet interface

  WinPcap version 4.0
  OS: Windows Vista Business Edition
NIC: Broadcom NetXtreme Gigabit Ethernet / Intel(R) PRO/Wireless 2915ABG Network Connection
Software: Windows Firewall, Lenevo Thinkvantage Access Connections 4.41
