[Winpcap-bugs] pcap_findalldevs return after 30 seconds

Is your application a normal console/GUI app or a service starting at boot time?

FWIW reinstalling winpcap will not solve the issue, it's not an installation problem.

  I'm using pcap_findalldevs function to show devices present on the local machine.
  After 4.0 release of Winpcap I have upgraded my 3.1 version with the new one.
  Everything was OK until two months ago when at login first run of application hang on pcap_findalldevs for 30 seconds. 
  After that every instance of my application run propertly.
  On other computers the application run with no problem.
  I have uninstalled Winpcap 4.0 and installed again many times and have made changes for npf.sys driver to loading on startup and the problem persist.
