[Winpcap-bugs] System crash using packetsendpackets()

I need more details on the issue:

- the WinPcap version
- the output of windump -D (windump is available at www.winpcap.org/windump)
- the OS platform (Windows NT4, 2000...) and type (home, professional, x86 
or x64,...)
- the network adapter(s) installed on the machine (type and model)
- The list of all the special networking software, such as firewalls and VPN 
clients, that are installed on the machine.
