[Winpcap-bugs] Nmap crash due to Winpcap under Vista

The error message you pasted below seems to point out a problem within the nmap.exe binary, not in the winpcap binaries. Can you provide more details on the issue?

  Hey I have a recurriing crash in Nmap. Updating the app didnt help. It crashes whenever it starts a scan (maybe Ping scan).

  OS : Windows Vista Home Basic (updated till 2day)

  Processor : AMD Turion 64
