[Winpcap-bugs] problem about "net start npf"

This is pretty weird, I dont remember of having seen this error before.

Can you please check the version and signature of the driver?

It's located into c:\windows\system32\drivers, and it's called npf.sys

Right click on it and ask for the properties. The file should be digitally signed by CACE technologies, and the description should be "npf.sys (NT5/6 x86) Kernel driver"

Also, what version of the file do you have?
