Can you please try starting the remote capture daemon from the command line, by issuing "net start rpcapd" and see what happens?

The problem I'm encountering is the one displayed in the services.jpg image I attached. winpcap_debug.txt, adapters.reg and npf.reg are included in the WinDump.zip file I attached.
