did you run wc3banlist with elevated privileges i.e. right-clicking on the link and using "run as administrator"?

Have a nice day

I've been trying to use WC3Banlist and it has a NIC detector however when ever i follow the steps to detect the NIC nothing happens, the following is what the program is telling me is the problem, apparently winpcap does not support the NIC, any way to fix this? the below report is what the diagnostic report shows

OS: Microsoft Windows NT Home Edition (Build 6000)
  WinPCap Version: 4.1.0.1048
  WinPCap is running properly.
  Warcraft 3 found.
  WC3Banlist Version: 3.0
  Local IP addresses:
    192.168.1.64
  Available adapters:
none. Looks like WinPCap is not working with your NIC or OS.
  Sniffing failed.
  Filtering not possible.
  Traffic occurrence:
    No PPPoE packets received yet.
    No TCP packets received yet.
No incoming WC3 packets received yet.
No outgoing WC3 packets received yet.
WinPCap is installed properly but the selected NIC is not supported.
