[Winpcap-bugs] a bug with winpcap for any edition

Can you please be more detailed? From what you say, the sequence of operations that doesn't work is the following one

- install winpcap
- run your program. WinPcap doesn't work, and the error message is the one in the picture
- you reinstall winpcap, now it works ok.

Can you confirm this?

Does the same problem happen if you use a standard winpcap based application like windump or wireshark?

     My software is a monitor software to monitor the Lan.And my software use the winpcap to capture the bytes, but I find a bug ,when I start my software to capture ,then there would give a error in the additive picture of my email, But if I reinstall the winpcap cover with winpcap which i have installed ,then my software would work quickly . So why?Can you tell me the reason?
