Does Wireshark report the right IP address for the wireless card?

        WinPcap v 4.0.2 (and earliier archived verrsions) will only listen to "generic dialup adapter" on my ThinkPad.

        Clipboard01.jpg shows how software shows how WinPcap won't pick up the IP.

        I tried reading the archive for a while but all I seemed to find is that there may be government funds available to enlarge my ...

        Disabling firewall and AV makes no difference.

        Since it seems just about every sniffer relies on WinPcap, I'm pretty much ____ed unless you can help me so I would really appreciate it.
