[Winpcap-bugs] Packet.dll Version and Usage doubts

Hello Sir ,
I have few doubts on usage of Packet.dll
1) We are using Packet.dll (3.0) version Dll directly in one of my
applications.
Now we are migrating to Packet.dll(4.0.0.1040). I rebuild my
application with new lib file and header files. While execution I am
getting runtime error that WanPacket.dll is missing. Why I require
WanPacket.dll for Packet.dll(version: 4.0.0.1040).
Did Packet.dll(4.0.0.1040) Depends on WanPacket.dll?
What is the relation between these two DLS?

2) Can I use npf.sys file(which come along with 3.0) with packet.dll
4.0.0.1040 version?
Will it works? Or I must use both npf.sys and Packet.dll same version together?
Can I use 4.0.0.1040 in vista?

Please help me on the above problems?
