[Winpcap-bugs] NPPTolls.dll was not found.

Hello 

I have some problem with npptols.dll in vista. 

1) We have installed “WinPcap_4_0_2.exe” in vista which is stable version. 
My application is failing on vista because of “NPPTOOLS.DLL” is not 
present. 
(Runtime error message : This application has failed to start because 
NPPTolls.dll was not found. Re-Installing the application may fix this 
problem) 
        UAC is turned off. 
        I have un- installed and re-installed WinPcap 4.0.2 after that I 
have rebuild my application still I am getting the above message. 

2) Winpcap4.0.2 is depending on npprools.dll? If there is a dependency how 
can I resolve? Because Npptools.dll is no longer available with vista.

3) In WinPcap site I read WinPcap_4_0_2 will support vista. Do we need to 
any changes to support vista?

4) When we can expect the released version of  winpcap 4.1? With Winpcap 
4.1 beta5 my application is working fine.
