[Winpcap-bugs] WinPcap not working for Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit Build 7100.winmain_win7rc.090421-1700

I'm using Modem Sierra Wireless USBConnect 881U on Fujitsu Lifebook T4220 with Intel® Core™2 Duo Mobile Processor T9300 and 4 GB RAM.
I've some problem to install WinPcap_4_1_beta5.exe and wireshark-win64-1.2.1.exe doesn't run correctly.
I can't install WinPcap_4_1_beta5.exe then I try to install WinPcap_4_0_2.exe but wireshark-win64-1.2.1.exe doesn't run correctly.
