can you try rebooting the machine after you have uninstalled WinPcap and
removed npf.sys from the system?

	Error: An error occurred while installing the NPF driver
(0x00000430). Please contact the WinPcap Team winpcap-team at winpcap.org
<mailto:winpcap-team at winpcap.org> . The installation will now continue
anyway.

	Also, I did received an error stating WinPcap was already
installed, but it was not present in the add/remove program files.
	Reading you FAQ's I removed the Packet.dll and installation
continued until now this error.
	I have tried disabling the AV and forcing re-installation but
still receiving error.
	I removed the nfp.sys and the winpcap.dll, forced
re-installation but still received the error.
