[Winpcap-bugs] ThinkVantage Access Connections conflict

Hi,

I installed WireShark 1.2.1 this morning, which also installed WinPCap 4.1
Beta 5.  Immediately after installation, both wired and wireless
connections ceased functioning.

The machine is a Lenovo T61, running Windows XP Pro 32 and using
ThinkVantage Access Connections 4.42 build 7MCN38WW for connection
management.

WireShark has a related bug report, citing this as a WinPCap problem
(http://wireshark.askapache.com/lists/wireshark-bugs/200711/msg00264.html).
 I'd greatly appreciate it if you guys could help me resolve the problem,
or at least help me restore internet access on the machine.

I've attached the output from WinDump.
