Ethereal v0.99.0 & WinPcap 4.0.2
Thank you a lot I just disable promiscuous mode and it start works!!!

It is a little bit strange because with "normal" driver it works ok.
Anyway AP connected to switched network so I can't see any packets except my own and multicast so I don't loose anything if disabling promiscuous mode.

Subject: [Winpcap-bugs] winpcap does not work with wildpackets driver

  Hello!
  Sorry for my english.

I just find what winpcap does not work with "wildpackets" driver from http://www.wildpackets.com/ for my atheros chip based wireless card. This driver differ from "standard" driver because it allow 802.11 card work in "monitor" mode to capture packets from air (by airodump-ng.exe for example). When card is not in monitor mode it works just like any normal card but winpcap does not see any packets. I try new version but ethereal still does not see any packets (card shown in list but number of packets is 0)

  Dmitry.
