[Winpcap-bugs] Please add the FAQ

Hi, I installed winpcap, (Non beta, newest), on a win2003 server that I
am using as a router - firewall.
Routing and Remote Access did not work after reboot.. (The VPN that I
have set up and I think other aspects too. Even after uninstalling the
protocol and your software, it did not work.. I had to restore the
system state from backup)
Kinda kicked our ass at the office until I remembered I installed that
and did not reboot it yet...
 
Please add to the FAQ or give some warnings in case there are others
using Routing and Remote Access.
