[Winpcap-bugs] WinPcap, I can't install it on a Windows7 OS.

At the moment it's not officially supported (so the installer refuses to run). However I have successfully run it on a Win7 machine.

In order to install it you need to right-click on the installer binary, choose Properties, Compatibility tab and then choose "Run this program in compatibility mode for Windows Vista".
