[Winpcap-bugs] Can not use winpcap on vista

Hello,

   I created a program for sending arp requests from a pc. I used
winpcap development package with libnet.

Everything works on xp , but nothing works on vista. I run windump on my
vista, and attached log file.

 

Any help will be appreciated
