[Winpcap-bugs] bug in npf.sys, ethernet interface hangs

Hello,

I have the following problem on a laptop and I think it is a bug of 
npf.sys:

Problem Description:
We create for each ethernet adapter one ethernet packet (SNMP, ether-type 
0x814C). Each packets is sent in an own thread to an adapter. The thread 
waits for an answer. Every 100 ms a new packet is created and sent. After 
about 1 hour until 1 day the ethernet interface hangs. Also npf.sys hangs, 
that means that npf.sys cannot be stopped anymore with the command "sc 
stop npf" - even Windows cannot be shutdown in this case.

Laptop:
 - Winpcap 4.1.2
 - Windows 7 Enterprise, 64 bit
 - Windows Firewall
 - Intel Core i5-2520M CPU 2.5 GHz, 4GB Ram
 - Ethernet Interfaces
