[Winpcap-bugs] packet.dll compatibility with WIndows 7

Hello,

I compiled the packet.dll via Visual Studio
using c:\WinDDK\7600.16385.1\lib\wnet\i386\NPPTools.lib

Dependency Walker says that the packet.dll depends on the NPPTools.dll. But
Windows 7 does not have the NPPTools.dll. How can I compile this in the
right way?
Source-code that was used:

Airpcap_Src_4_1_1_1838.zip
