[Winpcap-users] Lost packets on load

This is very weird.
Are you using wpcap.dll or packet.dll? Did you start from the examples
in the developer's pack? If yes, do they have the same problem? Unless
there's some macroscopic bug that we never spotted, your application
should not interact at all with other processes using winpcap.
