[Winpcap-users] Error Installing WinPCap

With the help of the Sysinternals ProcessExplorer, I found that the
Paesler PRTG V4 Traffic Grapher (freeware & trial version) was the
culprit.

If 3) fails I would recommend you the tiny app called Process Viewer (by

sysinternals).
With this app an user is able to determine which DLLs any process uses.

If no process uses packet.dll then the only solution I can propose is to

enter Windows Safe Mode and delete the file.
