[Winpcap-users] Vista RC1

I'm running WinPcap 4.0 Beta 1 on Vista RC1 without issues so far. (I
compiled from source, shouldn't make a difference though)

WinPcap (3.1 or 4.0beta1) does not officially support Vista RC1 (we have
tested it up to Vista BETA2), however it should work ok even with the
Release Candidates. The only caveat is that you need to start the
WinPcap-based apps with elevated privileges.
