built ethereal on Cygwin for windows xp . I have installed the latest version of

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>When I try to start a capture firstly it does not
return any interfaces , then when I enter an interface it returns an error :

opening adapter:The system cannot find the file specified. </FONT></DIV>

tried installing winpcap 2.3 but I can't manage to build it.
