<font face="Garamond">I am having a problem with the new WinPcap 3.1.
I had a previous version installed, and had uninstalled it. Now I am
trying to install 3.1, but I keep getting an error message that 3.1 is
already installed and the installation is aborting. 3.1 is not
installed, there is not an un-installer or program directory. I have
removed packet.dll, nfs.dll, and cleaned the registry, but I keep
getting this message that 3.1 is already installed. <br>

Has anybody else experienced this?<br>
