<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>I installed winpcap 4 on windows vista, when i run
my application and call findalldevs_ex the errorbuffer says: "no interfaces
found! make sure libpcap/winpcap is properly installed on the local machine".
The same PC with winpcap 3 and windows xp works fine. What can i do to
resolve this problem.</FONT></DIV>
