WinDump Support and Troubleshooting

First of all, many questions and problems already have an answer, therefore we suggest to read:

Submitting bugs

If WinDump doesn't run correctly on your system:

  1. Check that you have installed the most recent version of WinDump, and WinPcap.
  2. Read the FAQ to be sure that your system and adapter are supported.
  3. If you didn't find an answer to your problem, send a message to windump [at] winpcap.org describing clearly what is the problem (we will NOT reply to mails reporting "Windump does not work." and nothing else).
