[pcap-ng-format] Sharkfest PCAPng spec meeting

Hi all,

   I thought it may be a good idea to do a Sharkfest meeting for
   PCAPng to work on the specs together. I expect a face-to-face
   meeting being much more efficient to discuss some remaining topics,
   and maybe we can even get close to a "final" 1.0 version? ;-)

   I'll drop by the developer den to see if anyone wants to work on
   the specs with me.
