Help meHi Duong.

What type of information do you want to save in the text file, or on the database, exactly?

Windump outputs some text, so you simply redirect it to file (e.g. using windump .... > somefile.txt). 

If you want to save some information to a database, I think you either need to create a script that parses the windump output and performs an insert in the database in some way, or create your own winpcap/libpcap based application that receives packets and dumps them to the DB.
