Uhm...

I do not understand your problem exactly.

You should use "windump -D" (capital D) to list the adapters, then 
windump -i<number> to capture from a specific adapter. Moreover, you need to 
pass all the parameters on the command line, there's no concept of 
"commands" that you can interactively issue to windump.
