[Windump] can't get windump to work

HI--
Have installed WinCap and WinDump.

I can't seem to get windump to work.

when I launch the appliation from my desktop opens a command prompt window
with blinking cursor but it won't allow me to enter any commands. (see
below).

What am I doing wrong?
