[Windump] Cygwin Compilation Problem

Hi. 

I tried to compile Windump package from the source today,
but it failed with following messages.

../../addrtoname.o:addrtoname.c:(.text+0xb5): undefined reference to '_getnameinfo'
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make: *** [main] Error 1

by nm and grep, I found _getnameinfo in libws2_32.a, and the file  is in /lib/w32api/ .
