[Windump] problem i meet

so i am using xp-sp2.
and installed the lastest winpcap。but when i run windump in cmd，it only shows “c:\\windump: listening on\devices\NPF_GenericDialupAdapter" and no other information. seem like none of my adapters will list.so whats the problem? and seems that wireshark works in my laptop..
