[Windump] Windump on Windows Server 2008 CORE R2 x64

I have scoured all over and need to know if there is a current method to
install windump on a Server 2008 Core R2 x64 system.

I've tried to install winpcap on the Full version then copy the files
from the DLL's from the \system32 and \system32\driver folders to the
system running Server Core. But when I execute windump on Server Core
with the DLL files in place (as I understand it), I get the following
error:

Windump.exe - Application Error

"The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to
close the application."

Any clarification you can provide would be greatly appreciated! I
basically need a command-line sniffer for servers running Server Core R2
and this is the only one I've found that *might* work.

Thanks in advance,
