[Windump] Capturing on Network adapter 'USB to Ethernet (LAN) Viking Driver (Microsoft's Packet Scheduler) ' on local host

Hi, I'm not being able to use the following example on link page http://www.winpcap.org/docs/docs_41b5/html/group__wpcap__tut6.html on Network adapter 'USB to Ethernet (LAN) Viking Driver (Microsoft's Packet Scheduler) ' on local host.

I have tested the adapter on Wireshark which uses WinPCap and it works.

I was able to get the example working on a VPN network adapter installed on my computer. but why doesn't it work on  'USB to Ethernet (LAN) Viking Driver (Microsoft's Packet Scheduler) ' on local host ?
