[Windump] "-G rotate_seconds" doesn't exist in WinDump

Hi,

I'm using WinDump version 3.9.5 on Windows and tcpdump 4.1.1 on Linux.
I can use the "-G rotate_seconds" option with tcpdump, but it doesn't
work with WinDump (it gives me the Usage message instead). Is this
intentional?

I'm suspecting it was added in tcpdump 4.0 or 4.1, but I couldn't find
it in the changelog[1] (Unlike the "-C file_size" option, which is in
the changelog). If this is the case, may I ask when will it be updated
(WinDump 3.9.5 was released in 2006)?
