[Windump] Novice Sorry WinCap 4.1.2

I'm going to try to give you as much info as I can being a real novice.
Have a hotel that is always being compromised so i'm on a project to find
out why. I really have been on the search for a program I can understand
and can use to fix or see where I'm vulnerable. In my excitement that I
might fix this myself I have downloaded many different programs and then
not known how to use them way over my head and unistalled. Your wondering
why I don't get a professional no cash flow. Moving on I have WinCap 4.1.2
showing in Revo I've been trying to download other programs that I believe
I need to suppot and gather information and actually other programs that I
thought would be easier to understand. but each one says I have a earlier
version of WinCap being used by another program and they shutdown. I have
finally been able to get Metasploit to work...and let me tell you I went
thru many. Mertsploit I understand lol.. So I went to Revo and uninstalled
WinCap so I can install some support programs and it seems to but when I go
to install say anything that needs WinCap it gives me the same message. I
system Restored back to before I uninstalled WinCap. I have researched
online looked at the FAQ and I'm at a loss as to how to update this to
4.1.3. I don't know what you need from me to fix it but can you help me.
FYI been at this for a few weeks now. I have another job to get to so I
hope to hear from you? Hope i don't sound like a idiot. lol
